Where do I start? Kimberly worked with us for 5 months to get us our home. She started working with my husband in January. We were relocating from Nebraska and I wasn't in California until March 2nd. We put an offer in on one in January that did not appraise where it needed to so that one fell through. After we arrived in March, the country got hit with Covid-19. That changed everything, but Kim was not deterred. She was right there to show us houses we were interested in. She was very professional with the rules/regulations in regards to Covid. She knew what we needed to do to make the offer appealing to the sellers. Our offer was accepted. The process went smoothly. Kim explained everything as we went along. She is very knowledgeable and we trusted her completely. She always responded when I would call or text her. She also referred us to a loan officer and several vendors. She was AMAZING! We would highly recommend her for purchasing or selling a home.

On first meeting Kimberly at an open house, the conversation was different than other we had with the realtor at an open house. One of the first question was, "Does this house check off more boxes than the other houses we have seen? If yes, replace one of them with it." It was simply giving us an idea on how to make the process easier for us. The house was missing one of our top 3 must-haves at the time. Having awareness of the other houses in area for sale made it easier to discuss a few houses we had recently seen and liked. She filled us in on the different neighborhoods and places we should check out in the area when we had the time.
